I recently visited Titen Eyewear and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience with the staff. I felt that they were dismissive and lacked professionalism, especially when discussing eyewear from other brands. It was disheartening to hear them refer to my current glasses as "local" and "cheap," which came across as disrespectful and uncalled for. Every brand has its own value, and customers deserve to be treated with courtesy regardless of their current choices. I hope the store management looks into this and ensures a more respectful and welcoming experience for future customers.
