ANARASE HOSPITAL

The doctor at this hospital is skilled and provided good care during my mother's surgery. However, the hospital staff is extremely rude, uncooperative, and does not provide proper services. They are unresponsive to patient queries and fail to assist adequately. Moreover, the billing process is highly questionable; they do not provide original bills, only approximate ones. The special rooms are below standard and lack basic amenities, despite charging ₹1500 per day. In short, if you are considering this hospital for major surgery, I recommend looking for better alternatives. The doctor is good, but the overall experience with the staff and services was disappointing.

Doctor & treatment both are good. But the staff is very rude they are not supportive. They are only shouting on patient even in OT as well. I haven't see such rude staff in hospitals

This clinic has not been digitalized with respect to queue arrangement. It takes usually 1 hour to wait for your turn this happens when you have not given any allotted appointment to the patient. It wastes your time as always makes the clinic very crowdy. I suggest you(Head doctor) can adopt computerised queue system. Also the doctor is not a friendly person as the quality doctors are . As a doctor it's important to talk to patient & analyse his mental health at that point. Yess the doctor believes to provide quality care & service which is done as far as treatment is concerned but regarding the queue it's important to value everyone's time. I was surprised I wished him "Happy Afternoon" twice but the response was "Kay zla ahe tumhala" (What kind of problem are you facing). Yes we know you don't have time but it's your duty to be kind & talk to the patient. Consider this as a feedback not a complaint 👍🏾. Your doing a great job as a doctor by treating the patients in the best way possible. But this are the supplementary things that should be taken care. Kindly check the photos of how crowdy the hospital is. I hope I can see some changes when I next time visit you.

Road touch hospital, good for small operation, best amenities,medical is also in present in the hospital, doctors are very Good, clean area,fire safety available, chemotherapy for Cancer patients is also available
