Yenage Eye Hospital

This hospital provides the worst service I have ever experienced. The receptionist lacks basic communication skills and does not know how to interact with patients respectfully. The management is completely disorganized and unprofessional. We made a mistake by choosing this hospital for treatment. Despite waiting for 4 hours with my 93-year-old grandmother, we were still not attended to, even though they initially told us it would only take 10 minutes. I strongly advise against visiting this hospital. The doctors should consider hiring educated and well-trained receptionists who can effectively manage patients and communicate properly.

Staff is very good, carefully handling each and every patient .. Dr.is less talking but Nature is awesome, Guided Properly. Also Facilities & Equipment is very good.

हे रुग्णालय हे अत्यंत वाईट सेवा देणारे आहे. रिसेप्शनिस्टला रुग्णांशी योग्यरित्या संवाद साधण्याचे प्राथमिक कौशल्यसुद्धा नाही. व्यवस्थापन पूर्णपणे असंघटित आणि बेशिस्त आहे. या रुग्णालयातून उपचार घेण्याचा निर्णय हा आमच्यासाठी मोठा चुक ठरला. माझ्या ९३ वर्षीय आजीसोबत आम्ही ४ तास थांबलो, तरीसुद्धा आमचा नंबर आला नाही, त्यांनी १० मिनिटांत बोलावू असे सांगितले होते. कृपया अशा वाईट रुग्णालयात जाण्याचा विचारही करू नका. डॉक्टरांनी सुशिक्षित आणि योग्यप्रकारे रुग्णांशी वागणारे रिसेप्शनिस्ट नेमावेत, हीच अपेक्षा.
