I was very disappointed with the behavior and professionalism of the hospital staff. It felt like they were just doing time pass without any seriousness. Many of them didn’t even seem to know what they were doing. Their poor communication, and lack of proper care were extremely frustrating. Immediate improvements are necessary

Awasthy netralay it is one of the good hospital for eye treatment with economically also. Cleaning and higeine also too good, polite behavior of staff. All over alll things are excellent. And thanks a lot Awasthy netalaya.

staff is not good with patient... service is not fast.takes 2 hours for routine check up.no time management and allocation of patients even if you have an appointment.there is not meaning of appointment.

This is the best Eye hospital. Doctor Avasthi Sir gives clear opinion and proper treatment. The charges are quite reasonable as compared to detail investigation. The staff is cooperative. I will recommend this hospital.

Great experience. Trustworthy and well experienced doctors. Very well equipped eye hospital with all facilities. Diabetic patients eye care taken in very specialized manner.

After waiting 3 hours they give totally wrong eye power ..not recommended.
