Visited for the first time in solapur branch. Got many new frames in the store. The store is well maintained. Eye test is conducted for free and explained all the parameters regarding the Spherical, Cylindrical & Axis. The staff is very cooperative and having friendly behaviour. Even tho lenskart products are good, this store in particular is the worst store, the choices are limited and the staff is inexperienced and not well informed about the products and all the information, the store staff also provides incomplete information of a product, I have personally been a victim of this, i suggest not going to this store and going to the other lenskart store in solapur or any other city.

"Lenskart is a good store to visit for glasses. The staff member, Mr. Sachin, is a cool, patient and well-mannered person who assisted us in selecting a pair of specs. However, today i.e. after 5 days the lady who answered my call regarding the delivery of my specs did not communicate well over the phone."
