Hopeless reception staff… had an appoint number 14 today… we were waiting till our number and all of sudden the receptionist tells us that our jumber is 24 and not 14… on the register she straight away cleared our name with whitener and had written someone elses name (may be somebody she know or what). Pathetic experience. Hence forth wont be going to this clinic but will advise all of my friends and relatives not to go here

Receptionist on the desk is not good at communication with the patients and to take an appointment on call he denies...He tells me to come and take appointment at given time by him...and after coming and taking appointment he says it will be late you won't be able to get treated as it will take too long....and when I ask him to take appointment he says you write your name in the register of appointment...in a way he is totally not legible to sit on the front desk. He cannot help boost the growth of the hospital rather he will ruin it.
