Staff behaviour very rude. Even I am doctor and visited for my mother's eye check up from advice from my friend. Though staff not talking properly. Not given checking information properly. Talking with patient as we visited govt hospital. Not Good choice for eye checking Zero rating

I recently visited Dr Santosh Kadam for a routine eye exam, but unfortunately, the experience was filled with the doctor's rude and unprofessional behavior. Even the staff is very rude and unco operative .From the moment I walked in, I felt disrespected and dismissed. The doctor seemed egoistic and uninterested in my concerns. When I asked questions about my treatment options, I was met with a condescending tone and a lack of clear explanations. What's more, the doctor made me feel like I was wasting their time, and their body language suggested a complete lack of empathy or care. I have been visiting him since 15 years but nowadays he has changed his behaviour, thinking of himself to be superior over all.I left the office feeling frustrated, confused, and most importantly, without a clear understanding of my eye health. As someone who relies on medical professionals for care and guidance, I expect a certain level of respect, compassion, and expertise. Sadly, Dr. Santosh Kadam fell short in all these areas. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone and will be seeking a second opinion elsewhere.

Worst experience ever with this doctor his behaviour towards patients is really worst. My dads eye surgery was planned to do by him but due to some circumstances it got postponed so we went to visit his clinic after 2 months for checkup and to took the appointment for operation but when asked how much it will cost for this operation he started scolding to my dad like Im I here to answer this all questions to you? Why are you asking this questions to me again and again? If you dont want to do operation here go and do anywhere you want to do.......Being a doctor we expect a polite and good behaviour how can a doctor behave like this being in this profession and has to deal with many patients daily. My dad just asked simple question that how much is the cost of this operation we did not asked him operation free of cost to behave like thus to us....we are paying amount for this operation so we have a right to ask this questions to him but his response was really horrible. I urge anyone who wants eye related treatment please dont visit this clinic since doctors behaviour is really not good.Instead of this do visit shree eye clinic by Virendra Atnoor sir since he is a good doctor his behaviour towards his patient is really gold polite and he answers his patients queries politely and hears to them calmly. He did my dads eye surgery successfully. (Note : He even does not deserve 1 rating but due to this review rules where we have to give atleast 1 rating to post reviews here so giving 1 rating to him....worst experience ever)

The doctor misbehaves with People. He is a frustrated guy. He doesn't want to hear problems of people. Today I went along with my mother since she had done her motibindu operation of both her eyes from him only. Our problem was her eye in which recently operation had happened after a month has redness since morning. My mother asked him simple question regarding this issue, he got frustrated as he had no answer and started misbehaving. He even told us to consult another doctor which I felt inappropriate since after operation he is talking in such manner. If he would have spoken in same manner before operation we would definitely consult another doctor. He is really a frustrated man with no knowledge. I suggest him to do meditation and seek proper treatment for his anger.

We get consulted from dr. Kadam from more than 10 years. Now he leaned more towards money making business. Yesterday my father waited for more than 2 hours to checkup, and staff forgot to do treatment, when we asked this to doctor he even didn't bothered about this. Instead he asked staff to return money. He even didn't cared for patient. We almost cancelled all our jobs, others works just to have this doctor's appointment instead what we get is ridiculous behaviour and treatment from doctor and staff. Pathetic experienced we have. Now onwards we would not consult this doctor. Also requesting other people if you are planning to visit this doctor please cross verify.

Staff is unprofessional. The staff simply does not know when the doctor will arrive. Doctor do not come for checkup if there are few patients.
