Good collection and very good staff

I have been visiting this shop but had a bad experience during my last visit. I purchased one spec for myself and they assured me of some features regarding the spec i.e. there won't be any Mark of fingerprints if you touch the glasses, water droplet will not stay on the glasses. But during my use i realized none of these things were working as committed. I visited their shop and let them knew. They assured me that after some time glass would have same characteristic as committed once the first layer of coating is wiped off, in case if it doesn't happen we will replace your glass.i visited thrice their shop with same complain and they assured me with the same. To my surprise on my last visit they told me "Sir we are sorry that we committed like this, what we committed is not true and it is a mistake from our end" and they insisted me to use the same spec. It was really disappointing for me. I never expected such behaviour, on their assurance only I purchased that brand of specs and now I regret why I trusted their words.

It is a good place to buy your spectacles. There are a lot of brands available from which to choose. The salesperson explains in details about the different lenses available and it’s advantages. If it’s your first glasses or planning to buy a spare, this is the place to visit.

Have made quite a few spectacles from iCare. The service and quality is top notch. The staff, owner are polite and follow up on the deliveries. Testing is done and specs made accordingly with accuracy. I would highly recommend iCare.

They have variety of specs. Owner shows the different glass as well. In my case, I have received damaged glass (scrach on one glass), he told me to use for 2 days and he will replace in a day once new glass available. It's almost 3-4 mnth, I haven't received call/msg from him.
