I've been a patient of Dr. Mahajan since 2009, coming in for my yearly eye checkups. Recently, I decided to get laser eye surgery (PRK), which was performed perfectly. My vision has significantly improved. The entire process was smooth, and they made sure I was well-informed and comfortable every step of the way. Based on my experience, I highly recommend OMKAR EYECARE CENTER for their expertise and exceptional eye care.

❌ Extremely disappointed after being a patient for more than 10 years. I never expected such unprofessional and careless behavior from someone I once trusted. Over the years, I believed he genuinely cared for his patients—but now, it’s clear he has turned into a businessman rather than a doctor 💼. His treatment and service seem to depend entirely on whether or not you buy spectacles from him 👓. This is completely unethical and unacceptable ⚠️. On top of that, his attitude has become downright rude and disrespectful 😠. He no longer knows how to speak to patients with basic decency 🗣️. He gave me a prescription that doesn’t suit me at all 🤯, and now I’m forced to seek a second opinion because of the discomfort it’s caused 😤. 💔 After 10 years of being loyal to him, this experience was beyond disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor to anyone. 🚫 Second reply Dear Doctor, I read your message, but I must clarify that the way you've presented the situation isn't entirely accurate 🙏. First, I truly appreciate that you took the time to see us on two occasions apart from the regular check-up 🙏. However, with due respect, I feel the issue here is not with the spectacles 👓 but with the prescription itself 👁️. I plan to take a second opinion soon and will post both results here for transparency 📝. Regarding the marking of the centration point—this isn’t a big deal. I was calm and willing to pay a professional fee for it 💵 if you had agreed. But you seemed reluctant, and I sensed that perhaps you were avoiding it because, with proper marking, it would have become evident where the real issue lies 🎯. Your tone during our interactions strongly suggested that buying spectacles only from your optical outlet was the preferred, if not expected, option 🛍️. Unfortunately, this gave the impression that business interest was being placed above patient care ⚖️. While I understand every professional has their own setup, it’s essential that the patient doesn’t feel pressured or indirectly blamed when something goes wrong 🧍‍♂️💬. I respect your 16 years of practice 🩺, and I’m sure many have benefited from your care, including me in the past 🙇‍♂️. But this time, it was not a pleasant experience 😕. I sincerely hope this feedback leads to self-reflection 🔍 and that future interactions with other patients are more empathetic and solution-focused ❤️. I genuinely wish you good health 💐 and hope that Goddess Lakshmi continues to bless you with prosperity 💰 so that your identity remains that of a healer first, not just a businessman 👨‍⚕️. Yesterday I went to Dr. Sneha as I was having acute ear pain. She diagnosed the issue well and guided me very well on the root cause of the issues and provided medicines as well. What I really liked was how she explained and assured me about my pain. Anyone with ear pain in Mira Road, I would highly recommend her. She provides almost permanent solution as she focus on root cause which I feel is an excellent approach. It was my first time visit but going further I would always prefer going to her for my ear issues. Thank you Dr. Sneha!

My sister had a very high no and over the years her vision was going weak.. We had visited all possible recommended doctors/ Hospital but nothing helped her improve her vision and mentioned operation is not possible. All thanks to Dr. Prashant Mahajan who made it possible to get the operation done successfully and which is a miracle to our family as we never expected this would ever happen. My sister has finally got a rid from her soda glasses after almost 35 years. A sincere gratitude to Dr. Prashant Mahajan.
