Great experience. The doctor and nurses are skilled and staff is understanding. Recently got my specs removed. They walked me through the surgery and all steps very well and in advance which was reassuring. Pre and post surgery care was also quite good.

Dr. Shipra Aaphale is a well experienced opthalmologist and she explained all the minute details when we approach them for cataract surgery. Dr. Aaphale madam is one of the best eye surgeon in Thane with decades of experience. Madam also has the latest and the best laser and microscope machines to execute the surgery. Recently got cataract surgery done for my father aged 78 yrs. Everything was well orchestrated right from identifying the root cause till the surgery and beyond. All the support staff and nurses are highly trained and professional. Thank you doctor and strongly recommend.

Doctor is very good, skilled, and gives good explanation to patients. Well qualified & experienced. However, hospital staff is hopeless, unskilled, untrained, and appears to be low paid. The hospital staff comprises of 3-4 girls, who are less educated, always busy in their mobile. Not caring for patients, and have no concern with patients. The patients keep waiting outside on chairs, and they don't send them, to doctor. The doctor alone can not maintain the hospital. The poor service by support staff has reduced the footfall of patients, and now, practically the doctor sits idle, waiting for patients to come. Very precarious position. There is need for the doctor to step out of cabin, and see how the hospital staff is offering service to patients. Else, in the present competitive market, the callous hospital staff, shall put the doctor out of practice.

Dr. Aphale and her staff are highly skilled, professional and compassionate. They treat patients with personal touch. Dr. Aphale carried out a complex surgery of secondary implantation on my eye. It was fully successful and I am perfectly fine even after some years....
