Dr. Amol Mhatre is one of the best eye specialist in Thane. He is calm, supportive & gives full attention to his patient. Hospital Staff is also caring, supportive. Overall I had very nice experience for my Father 's Cataract surgery. I will definitely recommend idea eye eyecare & retina center for any issue or Cataract surgery.

Dr. Amol Mhatre is one of the most dedicated, organized and conscientious doctors I have ever come across. Have known Dr. Mhatre since 2020 when I suffered from retinal detachment in my left eye during the lockdown period. But I was lucky enough to be operated by someone of his caliber. He explained all the pros and cons of the whole procedure as most of us are rarely aware about Retina and its issues. Dr. Amol Mhatre is a Retina specialist. We have been visiting Dr. Amol Mhatre's clinic since 2019 for my mother in laws left eye as she had met with an accident in 2013 and her retina was affected. Doctor is excellent at his skills. He is soft spoken, kind and make you understand the actual issue and gives you proper guidance. The clinic is well equipped and at easily accessible location. First i operated left eye cataract sx somewhere else, due to my negligence that sx gets complicated, then I came to Ideal Eye Care and Retina centre and meet Dr. Amol Mhatre, he treats me very well and sort out my problem very carefully, there is another retinal problem also find out and well treated by him.
