Had my mother's cataract surgery done here recently. Staff are extremely well trained and professional. They are patient, kind and answer every question. Even for eye checkup's the service is so quick, thorough and professional. They are constantly working and dont waste time but still find time to treat each patient with enough respect and listen carefully to every complaint and issue. Really impressed with this hospital and highly recommend to everyone.

Visited to Isha Netralaya for my father's Cataract problem who is 72 year old. Overall experience was very good and right from the initial eye checkup till surgery all the things went very smooth. We had choose to operate right eye first which was having major cataract. Dr Smitesh Shah performed the surgery fluently( within Max 7-8 min) though the cataract was very matured. Also he explained about post surgery guidelines very well. So based on our experience, we decided to operate left eye also immediately next week. Dr Pratik Shenoy and Dr Shirley Fernandes attended for initial and post surgery checkups and was very friendly and resolved all our queries. Counselor Mr Deepak Kadam was very helpful and guided throughout the process right from explaining what is cataract, about surgery, about selection on lenses based suitable for you ( then you can decide as per your budget), surgery planning and post surgery followup. He will also guide you through mediclaim procedure(if you have) till claim is settled. Overall very good experience and my father is also happy.😀 Note- At ghodbundar branch, you can have complete initial and post surgery followup eye checkup. Surgery will be performed only at Cadbury junction branch which is highly equiped centre for complex treatments. 4 & 2 wheeler Parking is free at Ghodbundar branch. And 4 wheeler paid parking at Cadbury junction. Tip:- Visit in the morning arround 9- 9.15 to avoid rush afterwords. Special Highlight:- You can see Surgery live on television in waiting area. Gives goosebumps and also add to confidence.

Dr. Shirley Fernandez is so soft spoken and well behaved. I got to know this hospital is a very good from my friends. Totally true everyone is very good in behavior including house keeping ad well. I want to mention about Mr. Junaid and Mr. Nayan, everyone is good behaved.
