I suppose even they are after money and high sales. The moment they realise that you are not going to buy expensive frames or glasses they leave you hanging. Not interested in customers who are on low budget. Experienced it myself twice. Never expected this kind of behaviour from titan.

Good size store with knowledgeable staff to answer your questions. Unfortunately the store is extremely poor in communication. After placing order for 10 days didn't get any response neither Sma alert nor any update. The no given as contact was irresponsible didn't entertain the call made.
