Worst service of showroom Both new automatic watch from thane showroom its stop working in between, said defect informed showroom they are not accepting there defects and not replacing the watch. Don’t buy newly launched automatic watch. Worst experience ever

The entire experience right from the selection to the delivery was satisfactory. Mr Gurav helped us a lot during purchase. He also made us felt special by involving us into a new product launch.

I went here to fix my prescription ray ban glasses as it had lost a screw. The store exec checked and fixed it. Was very kind to do it considering it was purchased from elsewhere. They also have a free eye and ear check up machines which seemed like a good service. All in all I received prompt n excellent help especially when I needed it most during my trip to India.

Purchased a new ray-ban frame but received the display piece(even my request to deliver the new frame) with some spots on the frame although the salesman tried his best to convince me. Not received any detailed receipt or card regarding the glass and it's power.

Yesterday visited this store once again and once again got delighted by their fantastic customer service, offerings at all price ranges, valuable suggestion, knowledge of staff and attitude to help customer making a right choice (I have never seen them pushing expensive things like other shops). A must visit shop for eyeglasses/sunglasses.

Very very co-operative & friendly staff at Ram Maruti Road Shop. I booked glasses for my 20 year boy & request them for quick delivery. And for they did it within 2 days. Very very surprised & happy too. Keep it up.
