Vision Centre Eye Hospital

Satisfied. Few months back I visited clinic with my son Arhaan Ali. We are very happy for result. Initially I was scared but doctor is too good. And thanks to administration team. Again I visited and consulted for my eye infection last week. Waiting for good result.

Worst experience of doing Lasik. The center doesn't have Lasik treatment option and the doctor will call you to some other center where the lasik will be done by other doctor. When requested for bill from center were operation took place they won't give and will ask you to contact Vision center who will again deny the bill. The things which was told during initial consult and was later change minutes before lasik and now the result is my vision has worsen alot then it was before. When consulted doctor she suggested me to wear specs. So my question to you what was the use of lasik and paying approx 35k +2.8k(Yag laser) when things are not gonna cure. My experience was worst with the center. Was unable to respond to your comment- "Insist". Please do not change your comments on this I do have complete email trail and voice records of the discussion. Don't try to hide and safeguard the fault caused by center. Coming to bill visited your center twice but you were not ready to provide as the bill cost of the doctor was inclusive of Pristyn cost. I do have email communication and call records for the same. Does your doctor work on words of patients or on health issues observed that your using insist word. You are a vision center and cannot do lasik just because a patient is asking. Do you have any records stating this on the file. I don't see one?When I was clear not to make my vision zero why was this done and informed me at the last moment stating this won't impact my vision. Do not try to put everything on patients. Why was yag laser done you should have directly done lasik. It is just a way of getting money from patients leaving patient at their own health issues. I won't recommend your center and pristyn to any patient looking for eye treatment.

Billing issue...dint get a receipt for any of the cash payment made at the counter..i was duped in the name of cashless treatment.and security deposit.... wasn't able to claim for refund as well ,as hospital dint give me a cash receipt for the payment i made for approx 9500 INR... doctors are good... billing section is pathetic..

About two years back I got both eyes operated for catrah and got Indian lenses fitted।I found hospital very cooperativeeconomical and staff very mjch helping।I still keep visiting for any eye problem।

The hospital has advanced equipments specially for retinal surgery , staff very kindful , yes but the ambience can be better ,

I was suffering with viral infection on my left eye I visit vision center and get consultant with Doctor . Doctor give me drops and within two days I'm back on my normal thanks you vision center ......I was highly recommend and it's reasonable
