Have been going to Wavikar Eye Institute/ Hospital since the last 6 years. Their staff and Doctors are courteous and helpful. They have some of the most advanced & latest equipments. Have got both my Cataract surgeries done there and will definitely suggest and recommend their services.

Very Good Hospital. Staff is also very cooperative.

The hospital has degraded its quality over the time..my 2 year old brother vomited in the hospital and they made my mother clean it..inspite of having full cleaning staff and no patient load. On confronting them they didn’t accept their mistake and instead were only arguing. Totally unprofessional and PATHETIC STAFF. Shouldn’t even consider itself as a hospital. They don’t even know how to treat the patients. Vishal was the name of the cleaning staff who I’m sorry to say is shameless, arrogant , mannerless and clearly unaware of his duties at his job. They are paying him his wages only to sit there and do nothing. Also the floor manager wasn’t even available hence I’ve to address my issue here.

I would like to specially appreciate all the active efforts of Rachna Madam who has been helping all the Cataracts patients (Trust) very efficiently. She is the best in her patients handling skills sets, which is mind blowing. I would like to wish very best wishes for her future endeavour. These are mine geniune reviews. I visited Dr. Wavikar Eye Hospital/Institute for my father's Right Eye Cataract Surgery. But the Dr Wavikar did both Eyes Cataract Operations within 2 Days. Before getting the result of Right Eye my father had faced Left Eye Operation which could be done after some days. it was very bad and unfaithful treatment. The hospital didn't bother to give me Valid Bills of Both the Operations. Therefore I have filed Complaints to various authorities i.e. Maharashtra Medical Council, Consumer Commission etc. if anybody ( Patient/Medical Policyholder) have same kind of Complaints kindly contact me for further appropriate legal action. The worst doctor ever I saw. My mom visited for her eye check-up, due to continuous water flow from her eyes. Doctor Wavikar himself suggested heat treatment for her eyes. While doing heat treatment they have burned her forehead and chicks. She got heat boils. When my mother asked for refund, Dr wavikar himself refused a refund and asked her to pay for her burning treatment too. He is worst and his staff. I am going raise this issue media and social media.

I visited the hospital for eye check up. Was shocked to know that they do not have now swipe machine. They have sbi portal where we have to disclose card details. Very amused that this kind of hospital has stopped this basic facilities for clients. Also has become expensive for doctor charges gone up from 500 to 800
