The Chairperson/ Head of Department Udaygiri Lions Eye Hospital. Subject: Letter against Doctor Umesh Verma Dear Sir, My name is Ankush Mande. I am from Lakhmapur villege in Mukhed taluka.I am writing this letter to bring this important issue into the notice of administration and management of this hospital. I want to file a complaint against a doctor that sits in the opthalmologist section. His name is Mr. Umesh Verma and his behavior towards patients is very unethical. I and my friend went there on 5th June 2023 around 9:15 pm for treatment of my eyes which were got red and swelled due to some infection in it, we have asked the security guard whether this hospital open or closed after confirmation from the guard we entered the hospital to look for doctor. After we met him regarding the issue then Mr. Umesh Verma got so furious and verbally abused us by saying that, don't you understand when to come and  the this is not the time to come then he took Rs 200 rupees as consultancy fees but fails to provide  the receipts and told us to come tomorrow and pay the fees again apart from this we saw that there were many people sleeping on the ground floor inside the campus of the hospital who came along with the patient for their treatment. I would request you to kindly do some arrangements for them like waiting rooms,canteen facility at subsidised rates. I don’t think so Mr.Umesh Verma follows the certain rules or obligations to be a proper doctor. He does not have basic empathy. I left that place after some time. I believe it’s important to bring this issue into administration notice so he gets warning letter and refrain from doing this again to any other patients. Truly Yours, Ankush Mande

Worst service bcz if ur relatives is working in hospital its good care for u if u r stranger is i advised to u not to go to this hospital bcz doctrs are busy with their phon if u stand infront of doctr doctr is busy with phone when dctr is free u can wait for him so zero star and worst service its my personal expernce i west my time
