Anjali was very helpful with all the eye checkup procedure. I gave my perfectly fine glasses for alignment and it was ruined horribly by Mr Akash who was denying to messing it up. Even the experience was good it could have been nicer All thanks to Anjali who fixed it for me

Bought a pair of specs from Lenskart, but within a few months, they broke. To my surprise, Lenskart refused to repair them. Instead, they asked me to replace the entire specs — at a cost higher than what I originally paid! Disappointed, I turned to a local vendor who fixed it at a much lower cost. I used to be a big fan of Lenskart, but sadly, they lost a loyal customer. Hope the upper management realizes the importance of customer retention — without organic growth, you can't scale sustainably.
