Begin a doctor you are asking senior citizens to wait for 2 hrs. That simple eye check up hardly takes 1hr and you are creating unnecessary waiting

To the doctor if you are reading this please change your stupid rules that require us to wait indefinitely at your clinic to meet you. I came there to get an eye check up but the receptionist said that the doctor is going for lunch and he'll come after 1 hour so I asked her to book my appointment and I'll come back in 1 hour when the doctor gets back...she just rudely refused and said you have to wait inside the clinic till the doctor comes and if you step out I'll cancel your appointment...why should I waste my time waiting for you? Do you think people don't have any other work other coming to your clinic? Also your receptionist will surely get your clinic closed with her attitude and rude behavior...please try and teach her how to talk to people if you still want people to come into your clinic

Doctor is very helpful, reasonable charges, best services & is very human, gives proper guidance and has no connections with pathology clinics, reports from pathology clinics outside ulhasnagar are also welcome. My brother had a cataract surgery from this hoapital, this is my personal view & experience. Thanks manoj ahuja.

Dr. Nitin Sachdev is the best Eye Surgeon in the Ulhasanagar. His Eye hospital is Equipped with State of Art facilities & Technology . He treats his patients like his family members.Dr. Nitin sir is very humble & kind person.

Staff is very rude…I went there for checkup and the staff said the doctor is going for lunch and he’ll take 1 hour to come back so I asked them to book an appointment for me by the time doctor comes back and i had some other work in the area so i’ll come back in the meantime…they refused and said if you take an appointment you have to wait inside the clinic for 1 hour and if you go out your appointment will be canceled…the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional and also i called them before going there.. they didnt inform about the lunch/ break time.. they think people have lots of free time to just come and sit in their clinic all day

Pathetically careless, unprofessional staff and doctor Nitin Sachdev as well. Took appointment for some test to be done but on arrival was told that the same isn't performed there.
