Done my mom's cataract surgery here . All the Staff here are very supportive here and they are ready to help and support at any given time including reception Staff, mediclaim staff , all the nurses out there and the doctors as well.They are very much clear in their knowledge. also It was very easy and quick cashless mediclaim process done here and the receptionist did all the work right from process initiation till closure.At the end kudos to Dr Sanjeev Balani as well very helpful and Friendly in nature.

Worst eye hospital ever!!! 🤮 I would have gave 0 stars if there was an option. I was gone for the consultation for my Lasik sugery and it required the Topography report so i asked the wort receptionist on the planet to give me the soft or hard copy of my report and she said I"ll send you in a bit. But after some hours she said come to the hospital and collect it. When i went to the Sanjeevani Hospital they directly took me to the inside and then did the topography test for which they had charged me already. And the anpadh doctor i dont his name maybe Sanjeev Balani, he did not cheked if i had that report which is crucial for the surgery procedure. How can someone be so dumb, being and doctor and nurse? Anyone reading this dont ever go to this hospital even if someone recommends you, as most of the doctors get commissions over patients means they will charge you more to fit the commission. Just a friendly advice.

Service is really good, staff is polite and the doctor was also very very co operative. I hav my laser treatment here and the process was very smooth,throughout the surgery the doc was making me relax and more comfortable. I will recommend everyone to come here.
