My experience at Criticare was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude and dismissive, and the wait times were excessively long. The facilities were outdated and unclean, and the overall atmosphere was stressful and unwelcoming. I would strongly advise against seeking care at this hospital.

Worst Hospital, They manipulated the reports to keep the patient for 4 extra days, This Hospital's License must be seized as soon as possible. Such hospitals are very big risk against humanity. These people do not care about the patient,s knowhows, just wanted to earn extra amounts.

Very good hospital for sugar, tb and heart related disease The MD doctor is expert and experienced. Excellent treatment and pt. Care. Also for an emergency case too. The staff is well experienced and manages the patient very carefully. Our family visits here only Highly recommend hospital

Well equipped and stable service, Dr prakash kaurani always helps with his team. They care for patients, my father for best treatment here.

The hospital is good with their services and budget friendly one. The treatment seems to be good too. Just some feedbacks to be improved. 1. Cleanliness isnt taken care of. Patients and visitors are asked to keep their footwear outside but all the rest wears the same footwear outside and inside as well. Have seen the person delivering tea wearing sandals and going inside the ICU multiple times. 2. The waiting area for people who have patients in ICU needs to be made. Currently it’s a normal under construction place with rain water leakage, mosquitoes, rats and dogs entering the floor. 3. The staff is good to respond and weren’t rude like others have stated but felt they could just greet or talk to people more with a smile.
