No Google pay payment directly by number. Card swipe extra charges. Only bank transfer. This big eye specialist and this kind of payment option. Totally not fair.

Doctor was not able to diagnose properly. There were thin fine hairs of insect in my eyes and this doctor said its just an infection. I went two times, he just gave me eyedrops. Still i was facing problem that is redness, swollen eyes and was not able to look straight because it was pinching. After 30 days i went to another doctor in Thane, he then removed those fine hairs with a plucker. I got relief within 1 hour. I would not suggest this doctor for the people of vasai. "Zero" stars.

Worst experience..... Honestly if a patient visit a doc, firstly they trust u that u can guide them accordingly and second u have to acknowledge their problems and make them understand the problem and provide them with proper solution. In my case both were not provided. The worst part is my family panicked alot. My dad had some eye infection I don't know what, again no details were provided secondly, directly doctor said that we have to remove the eye and replace with the new one. Whereas my mom didn't know what to do and I was no there at the moment.

Irresponsible, unprofessional and incompetent: Dr Salil Agarwala (in his borivali clinic) increased my left eye power by 0.25 despite telling that I'm facing blur in right eye, then increased right eye cylindrical by 0.25 and changed axis. Since it didn't adjust me for 7 days, I went to recheck with him, he was adamant n asked me to wait or come back after 20 days. Even after 20 days, when issue didn't resolve, he didn't bother to explain n remained firm with his diagnosis, n charged me 200. Finally I went to an ordinary optitian who said the number is not checked properly n suggested me to redo glasses. My Cryzal glasses of 5000 were wasted. I made new glasses with number suggested by local optician and now they are comforting. Such waste of time, money, n health. He needs to be empathetic to his patients, appears to be more of business minded doctor.

I disagree with professionalism of this hospital and the doctors. The male eye doctor gave a reading for close distance which was too strong and incorrect . Meaning you have to put the newspaper in front near your face for reading (6 inches, the distance between your eyes and the paper for reading) . When we objected about the wrong spectacles made, the doctor refused to accept his mistake and said he has done it correctly. Waste of Rs 4000. The male doctor refused to correct the soeaktacles. If a customer is sincerely telling its wrong and not the way its supposed to be you need to find a solution. Not be proud and stand by your word. That shows what kind of service you provide . He stood by his word and said it is made right. Ignorant . We went to another and better eye clinic at vasai . Better eye doctors and they checked the eyes properly
