Worst experience i had faced. They are charging extra charges for test. I from virar so i decided to go over here for test but was my wrong decision they are charging 70% extra charges then their Borivali branch. The staff is also very arrogant and rude behaviour one of the nurse is so rude that she didn't know how to talk and behave so i advice better you go Borivali for test. I visited there and from Virar i return back to Borivali for same test that cost me 70% less.

Our experience was very good. The betterment of the eye was increased. Nice services were provided.

Experience was very disappointing..doctor didn't explain me anything about my current eye condition...they put solution in my eye for half an hour..for movement they came and check very rudely..didn't explain me anything and went back to see there another patient.if you don't have time to see any patient while operating day why would they keep me waiting for appointment..

Asian eye institute is good eye care hospital and doctor or staff behaviour is very nice and cooperative. Cataract machinery is very nice and my mother and father under went cataract surgery in virar centre by Dr hitesh cheda and the result is unbelievable.

The doctors here are some of the best. Hospitality by the staff and is top notch and the equipments and tools required are all available. I would say this eye-hospital is a hidden gem. Great and humble service by the staff members too!

Worst experience!!! Today on 28/1/2021 I went with my mom.my mom is a cranatony patient and she has developed catract..I went Der to show her for treatment.dey took consulting charge rs 200 and made me to wait...when I entered I clearly asked whether Dr is available or not dey said Dr is available staff asked the Dr whether she will check or not Dr confirmed for checking and hence we were made to wait...after some time the lady Dr left without checking the patient...and I was asked to said for one more HR till the afternoon Dr vl arrive...very bad experience & poor customer experience
