Despite being told they were scratch-proof, the lenses scratched, and the frame loosened , side bars got rusted within five months. I didn’t receive a satisfactory resolution when I visited the store. Positive Resolution: However, after posting my concern on their support portal, the store promptly reached out and replaced the glasses without any hassle. I appreciate their quick response and commitment to customer satisfaction

Glasses n More, the best solution for your eye. It has been few years i have been ordering my glasses ( for office wear, for local traveling and also for casual look) and trust me its very comfortable and unique varieties of glasses available at decent price. Nowadays, i receive the new frames on WhatsApp and select the frame and it’s delivered within a weeks time and sometimes on urgent basis even within a day. I would give a five star rating for the quality and service.

Nice service, they’re really sweet and patient and guide you through everything properly + got a wide range of frames. Minus points because the lenses were wrong number, too heavy for me and this one expensive golden frame I got from them was way too delicate and the colour started fading too.

I like the behaviour of staff. They are very co-operative and have a good amount of patience which I like the most. Also the variety of frames they have is a plus point. Overall it was a good experience with this particular branch at virar west branch.
