I appreciate the services provided by your clinic and the expertise of Dr. Parag Kulkarni. However, I have faced repeated challenges while trying to book an appointment. Every time I call, I am informed that the appointments for the day and the next day are already full. Even when I call early the next day at 10 AM, I receive the same response. I understand that the doctor has a high demand, but it would be helpful if there were a clearer process for booking appointments in advance or a waiting list option for patients who genuinely need a consultation. This would improve the overall experience and ensure that patients receive timely medical attention. I hope you will consider this feedback to enhance your appointment scheduling process.

1. Everything explained prior to operation wS exactly the same, no manipulation in prior explanation.2. No wait time and everything is systematic 3. Staff is very cooperative and helping. 4. Doctors are experienced and sound in their knowledge. They hear everything and answer each question satisfactorily. 5. Operation performed nicely. Behaviour of staff is nice. 6. Overall hospital provides excellent services.

All the Eye Specilist as well as there staff are very helpful. But i want to suggezt one more thing that all patients are more than 60 years so allthe staff should take care in respect of there help in giving instruction obligely so that they will be happy and will cooperate more. Sorry to say like that because i am a hospitals board of directer in one of the Hospital sir

My mother had cataract surgery of both of her eyes at this hospital. Dr. Kulkarni has amazing surgical skills, he did her left eye operation manually since it was a critical case. We are completely satisfied with overall experience. We are truly grateful to Dr. Kulkarni and his entire team. 😇🙏
