Had a horrible experience here. Wanted to buy a pair of powered glasses for my mom. The staff has no idea what they are doing. They are not aware about the policies. They literally wasted our time. First they told us that with the powered glasses we will get one pair of sunglasses free as per our gold membership and later while billing the salesman remembered that the offer is not valid! Already they took a lot of time with the process of checking the eye power etc. The other sales person started talking rudely to us. Had to leave after almost 2 hours empty handed! Lenskart don’t promote non sense offers! Literally a clickbait . Highly disappointed. Would never buy or recommend lenskart.

Experience was good. I wanted to return a order which was rejected online twice but an Executive named Tulsi at the store helped me for this. Finally it was approved.

I have purchased multiple pairs from this shop, the staff is very polite and helpful, they answer to every query and if there is any problem with the frame they always try to fix it by giving their best.

Lenskart and its membership policies are the biggest scam, don't buy membership, they think customers are fool, I had the worst experience at the store, I went there to buy my mom a pair of glasses, my pregnant sister was also there, they made us wait 2 hours and we ended up going out empty handed, at first we were patient, but they kept adding new and new condition, after confirming what we were going to purchase, they did not let us use the buy one get one, adding more conditions, this store should be closed, and lenskart should remove this trap membership policy. The employees are not aware of the policies there, the store is a scam.
