Called back one day before. It was told appointments not available for the day. Next Day I took a leave from my office and when I called again at 9 am, they said doctor is busy with operations. Unprofessional and callous way of operating. Probably people of Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani have no choice and that is reason why they run the clinic in this manner. The whole day gone hate because of this. Suggest better go to Satara than depending on this lousy approach of this clinic.
