My friend Helly suggested Dr. Praful Nakar for eye surgery. She had herself got TRANSPRK done by him. She accompanied me to *Netrajyot eye hospital * in nalasopara (W). I have had a "TRANSPRK "surgery. I had a lot of pain for 2 days and there was some irritation but after that I felt good. I would always suggest Dr. Nakar. He is fantastic. Great surgical skills, knowledgeable & simple.

My name is Chakra Bhandari. I developed cataract in both eyes. My neighbour recommended Dr. Praful Nakar for cataract surgery. I & my daughter went & met him. We were fully satisfied by his examination & assurance. We chose am imported lens Acrysof for my eyes. Both my eyes had 4 D cylinder in my eyes. My father - Mr Amrut Lal Thakkar was diagnosed as chronic heart failure with BNP value of 1240. 6 months back, he developed right eye total loss of vision. when we showed to an eye doctor he diagnostic it as mature cataract and advised immediate surgery. however due to is medical condition & multiple medications, no doctor was ready to give fitness and so surgery was delayed for 6 more months. I decided to put imported lens - J & J, since eyes are such an imp organ. Operation was done without injection.No sutures. I was done within 30 mins. I discovered Netrajyot eye hospital Nalasopara (W) in the year 2021 during COVID -19. My mother was having repeated (RE) redness then. Dr. Praful Nakar saw her & successfully treated her. He diagnosed her as Episcleritis. Then she developed cataract which we got operated & went for J& J lens. The cataract surgery went very well. It was painless & done under NO Injection technique. The hospital has zeiss microscope & latest Phacoemulsification machine. It is located conveniently for us near funfiesta multiplex which is between virar & nalasopara. Medicine, injections & all the stuff needed for surgery is provided by the hospital. We don't have to bring anything from outside. After surgery, the post-op recovery was fast. After 4-5 days my mother started her daily household chores, under drs advice. Now recently she underwent LE cataract surgery. Same pleasant experience even this time. Overall stay in hospt is 3 hrs. Thanks to Dr,Helly(optometrist) & the entire staff for taking care of my mother. My opinion - it's a must visit place for cataract surgery.
