Bansara Eye Care Centre

I visited here recently. My experience was very good. The overall process inside the hospital was very easy the staff was very good and take care of yours in all process. You don't have to wait to much here. If you visit first time they will conduct all the eye tests regardless of whatever is your problem which is a great thing. If you are going for eye checkup must visit here. Highly recommended 👍

Hospital is good especially doctors they are specifically focused on patient's wellness their dedication can be witnessed also the hospital supports multiple healthcare cards but even great things take regular care and maintenance in services so certain things can be greatly improved to make it more safer, hygienic and comfortable. There's no parking for patients, have to park far by paying parking charges as it's hospital and takes time, parking is for long hours hence additional costs anyway. The lift can be upgraded with closed doors instead of this mesh shutter manually operated ones because they're dangerous as kids can put their arms, even adults can be at risk considering open spaces items can fall into it like cellphones, wallets, cash, cards anything you name it and even patients can't use it easily and there's no dedicated lift operator. Also the shoe rack is kept in open spaces putting nearby patients and attendants in open exposure of foul smell coming from shoes. Footwears should be kept in enclosed and isolated spaces for safety and comfort. One most important note: post surgery the working staffs drop patients via stairs. I mean Why? Do they assume that after coming out of surgery the patient is well fit and fine enough instantly to walk stairs that too after "eye surgery". Why this practice? Why not wait if lift is busy/unavailable whatever it is. Not all humans are made same some need more care and attention than others. And if the staffs failed to meet such essential requirements kindly allow the attendant to be with patient wherever applicable. And the staff incharge should provide clear and appropriate instructions and guidance to patients to keep then calm and relax instead vague statements, the attendants/ patients shouldn't ask for them constantly as they're already anxious and tensed.

Hospital is great but if u want to buy glass they have no knowledge about it. If u buy spec for the first time avoid this shop they dont know which frame suit ur eyes. Go buy somewhere else.

My only problem is with the frame that I bought from the hospital itself...the features n the frame setting is not what I expected...one of the worst clinic in terms of Spectacle frame Becoz they gave a fake product...even my frame is a China product...the price is high recommend with a good brand but it's the Opposite of it....The only Good thing about this centre is that the doctors gave a well care service...

I am so thankful to Dr Tania and her team. After having a bad and terrible experience at merah ki eye care I decided to go seeing good reviews and since it was near my residence but they prescribed me the wrong power for my eyes I suffered for 3 weeks with terrible headaches and vomiting sensations hoping that my eyes will get adjusted as told to me by the team at merah ki but to no avail it's here at Bansara that I found my peace . My power corrected and I'm so comfortable now with it having no problem anymore. Thankyou so much team Bansara ❤️

I’m 26 now and just had a conversation about my eyes and remembered Bansara. All my family members don’t wear glasses besides me. This is because as a kid I didn’t have any issues, but bansara gave me glasses and kept increasing my power again and again. It got really bad. It’s 7 now because I did laser in nethralaya guwahati (became stable) I casually went for an eye check up in guwahati and had to immediately do this. Also, they even called me like this was 10 years ago saying that they bought a new machine and wanted to try on me.
