I have been using eye glasses for the last 35 years: BUT my recent visit to LENSKART SHILLONG really impressed me. Cooperative staff, Useful suggestions, Standard eye Checkup, Original PRODUCT, delivery time okay. I never had this experience despite multiple eyes Checkup in various center. One of the worst lenskart showrooms I have ever visited. The arrangement of glasses was very chaotic and the apathetic behaviour by the staff made it terrible. The staff didn't know what I was looking for. They simply asked me to leave. I am never gonna visit there.

they offered me the “buy one get one free” offer and also that they can make photochromatic lenses for both frames @3880/-(i even asked them many times about the type of lens and the cost and they said both will be photochromatic with powered lens)…..when they delivered the product one frame is photochromatic the other is not….when i complain, now they said that it will cost around ‘3500/- more’ when they were the ones offering at first @3880/- only and they start asking for the reason why we wanted photochromic lenses which is none of their businesses….and when we ask for refund they said it will be a lost for me if i want them to refund me back what i already paid as if it is my fault from the start and later they said lenskart product are not refundable and now i had to take it anyways…..very bad…very disappointed…never gonna recommend this company to anyone…very bad…smh

Lenskart Shillong has very pleasant service people and the variety of glasses were vast.The quality of the glasses are excellent, and the pricing is reasonable. I didn't encounter any issues during the purchase. I highly recommend Lenskart to anyone looking for a seamless and satisfying eyewear shopping experience!

Service is very good Collection is awesome..better to buy from shop rather than website. Same offers same collection are available for shop as well...liked the ambience..just go for it👍
