Eyes of Jamaica

Very efficient and kind. Jessica in particular was a genuine pleasure to speak with! She explained everything really clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my eyes and the price breakdown. In fact, she went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my glasses quickly. Not many glasses stores inspire this long of a review, let that tell you how phenomenal the service is.

The customer service with the exception of 1 or 2 people is disgusting. In person you may be treated better. Don't bother calling. Go somewhere else for your eye glasses needs if you can. Unfortunately if you have to go to this location best of luck to you. When I did make a complaint about the poor customer service in reference to receiving something for a child, the manager Angie could care less and was rood about everything. She was nice on 1 occasion only. I tried to not care but this location puts on a good show. Unfortunately it's inconsistent and not worth the headache if you need actual ongoing assistance. If you can go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache and do so.or hopefully you will get the 1 or 2 good folks. Maybe this review and some proper complaints in the right places it can help improve and ensure better customer service all around in the future for others. It's easy to be respectful to some. The goal is to just be helpful and respectful to all. It's a business not your home. People have kids with real issues that need assistance. No one needs negative attitudes and ignorance. And to the gentleman who fixes the glasses. My hat goes off to you. He should be the only one allowed to answer the phone. Your an amazing employee. I wish you well on all your future endeavors! Plus... they accept DC37 Voucher, important to me. I got 2 pair of gorgeous eyeglasses for the price of one. Plus...transition, progressive and anti glare! Plus...an eye exam too! This is my new eyeglass place.

The workers are pleasant and the place is clean. Marie went beyond her job to ensure that I get glasses that matched my prescription and fit my face. The only drawback was that there was no available restroom.

Never had a problem with them but today I walked in to purchase some contacts and I came in there with a really postive energy and very mannerly as soon I asked the light skin lady with the glass n a accent she came off very rude ti never felt so bad before for asking something as a customer idk if it's because she had a couple of rude customer before me but if u working there u shouldn't be rude to ur customers , all I asked was for colored contacts and she got nasty with me ,to a point that the older lady behind her had to chime in and say" I got it ". There was no reason to be rude I been coming to this place a couple time to purchase contacts and never had a problem like this .

Great customer service from all the staff. I work with Angie personally, and she handled all my needs promptly and accurately. Purchased several custom lenses and they came out better than expected. They also offer numerous affordable payment options

They have a lot of amazing options, they explained and made sure we understood everything about my glasses and I hope that everyone comes to Eyes of Jamaica to receive their glasses.
