I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! Dr. Wallach extremely professional and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed by everyone, the process was pretty straightforward, the staff was friendly and professional. They also had a great selection of frames and reasonable prices, and the team was patient and helpful while I tried glasses. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism and a warm welcoming environment. The team it’s not only skilled and attentive but also genuinely cares about your experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Jamaica Vision Center on Jamaica Ave. The service was truly great the staff was friendly, patient, and made sure all my questions were answered. The eye exam was very thorough, and the doctor took time to explain everything clearly. They also have a wide selection of stylish frames, and the staff helped me pick the perfect pair that fit my look and budget. I appreciated how professional and welcoming everyone was throughout the entire visit. Would not recommend, the staff fantastic. The optometrist spent the visit checking his stocks, during my sons eye exam resulting in a wrong prescription. Do not go here! My son is six and I had to correct him twice because he was putting up letters and asking my son what numbers did he see. He barely looked up from the computer until I moved behind him to let him know I can see what he’s doing. Incredibly dissatisfied. Would never go back. Thank you for the response however this was DURING the visit. NOT before. Why would I be in the room with him if he was not ready yet? This response alone is reason enough that I wouldn’t go back and recommend you don’t go either. Can you explain to me why my sons prescription was incorrect then, if everyone did their job? Was the issue lack of attention or is it incompetence? This was completely inappropriate and resulted in an completely wrong prescription for my son.

Dr. is awesome, so thoughtful and smart! I had the most thorough eye exam ever, and then specialist was a huge help finding new frames. Definitely recommend this place for all your eye needs!

After bouncing between three different eye clinics in town, I finally found my forever place. No joke, these people are the real deal. Zero pressure to buy expensive frames you don't need, no upselling, just straight-up honest care. 100% worth every penny!

Wonderful! They accepted my insurance and I did not have to worry about anything at all! My prescription glasses were fully covered and it was suchh a stress-free process. I would not hesitate to be back here

Went in for an eye exam - way better than expected. Staff was actually nice, and my eye doc was fantastic. Super helpful and didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. Solid place if you need your eyes checked.

staff is always amazing. they always welcome you in and are super warm. management is just the same. love this place a lot definitely check it out if you're ever in the area.
