The staff were wonderful. Very professional and helpful. The optometrist was gentle and through and seemed to really care about what she did. The other staff members were so helpful in helping pick my glasses and really knew their stock.Despite being busy, I never felt rushed. The glasses also were ready sooner than first advised which was a bonus. I would definitely recommend them and have already to friends.

The ladies at Bailey Nelson (Willis Street) are incredibly sweet & were super helpful. I needed help in claiming insurance for a pair I damaged, and we realised that my prescription needed to be refreshed.
