I had an excellent experience with this optician and their team. The staff are exceptionally friendly, honest, and professional. When my glasses frame broke, the optician provided an honest recommendation rather than pushing me to purchase an expensive replacement. The ophthalmologist who tested my eyesight was highly professional and approachable, making the entire process comfortable and easy to communicate my concerns. Their communication overall is outstanding—they send timely updates and go out of their way to assist customers. This is probably one of the friendliest and most customer-oriented places in Wellington. I highly recommend :)

Great service. The friendly team helped me find the perfect match from their huge range of sunglasses. Ended up with two pairs that I am super happy with!! Highly recommended!

Go anywhere instead. Charged me $12 and really hassled for it after I asked to get my glass tint changed down at their mistake. Had already spent $1000 by this point. I was after glasses after-all, NOT sunglasses. Will not be coming back and have told many family, colleagues and friends NOT to go there. Boss needs to come down from his ivory tower and realise no one cares about his boring life and stop yapping. Worth the $12...?

Amazing service received yesterday from the team in Thorndon. We booked in with very late notice for a checkup for my daughter and I. SUPER accommodating and very knowledgeable, professional service from all of the staff in store! We will be back :).

From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and valued. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about what they do. They took the time to understand my needs and explained every step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout.

While away recently I broke two pairs of spectacles. On googling who could repair titanium frames, I approached this business.
