The staff here at Specsavers Wellington were wonderful. They were friendly and extremely helpful. I was here from Australia and my glasses were damaged and at risk of coming apart. I was really concerned! I showed them and they said they would be able to fix them for me. They asked me to take a seat and they should be able to do it in about 15 minutes. True to their word they were fixed in just over 10 minutes and I was good to go again. It's over a week now and they have been as good as new. I would thoroughly recommend the staff at Specsavers Wellington as they are competent, friendly, efficient, and courteous. If you need new glasses or repairs give them a go. You won't be disappointed! 😄

Nick conducted my eye test. He was very pleasant to talk to and we got through the assessment quick and efficiently. August was a star, thank you for helping me with picking out a new pair of frames. Your energy was awesome and so was everybody else’s that day.

Took husband to Specsavers for follow up of eyelid infection. Honestly feel so welcomed every time we set foot in there. We never bother to go to a GP with eye issues because the check there is so thorough and more than what a GP can provide. If deemed necessary you get a referral. Nicolas was super nice and full of useful information that we took on board. Will make sure to buy glasses there as soon as we have time. Thanks to all staff.

I went in to get glasses today I was helped by Siena who was ABSOLUTELY lovely! She was so helpful and very considerate. Great conversationalist and so knowledgeable in her field. Would definitely recommend going here if you are a bit unsure or nervous about getting glasses as the staff are so welcoming and sweet.

The staff were friendly and helpful, I was able to get an appointment right away, and I was given a free contact lens trial to tide me over until the lenses I ordered arrived.

I recently had my eyes tested by DJ, who was thorough and explained the whole process and results to me, being a first timer, he helped ease my anxiety. Cameron was my dispenser and he was brilliant in assisting me to find the perfect frames and sunglasses. So helpful and made the whole process feel seamless and I felt supported and comfortable throughout the whole process. Thank you DJ and Cameron! I appreciate your expertise and assistance with helping me with my first pair of glasses.

They provide excellent customer service and take their time to make sure you’re happy with your prescription. There is a great variety of frames available to suit all face shapes and helpful staff for when it’s too difficult to choose!
