Thank you to all of the team at Wellington Eye Centre. You offer an amazing friendly service and genuine health care! My lasik surgery went really well. I was nervous going into it, but you talked me through everything... before, during and after. The after care and check up appointments are amazing. You figured out the best follow up treatment for me and weren't hesitant to book me if I needed to be seen. I use eye drops for the time being, but it is insignificant compared to wearing, cleaning, losing and breaking glasses! My vision is 'perfect'! Thanks again to you all for your amazing service. I underwent PRK surgery after wearing glasses since my late teen years. All through, from my initial assessments, to my final post-op checks, Dr Logan (surgeon), Shannon (therapeutic optometrist), Maddi (receptionist extraordinaire) and the rest of the staff were very friendly, professional & thorough in all dealings. I really felt looked after & cared for every time I visited which made the somewhat daunting prospect of eye surgery so much easier! Great business & team, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking about transitioning away from glasses. Thanks heaps for everything.

I was incredibly nervous about doing this but the team were amazing and did everything to help me be more calm! The procedure is quick and painless as was the recovery. The hotel that was booked as we were from out of town was also very nice. I had a touch up on one eye 18 months later and now I can thread a needle, read a book and see distance. My night driving vision has also improved. Highly recommend. I wish I’d done it sooner. Thank you to the team.

I had received a consultation from a completely different clinic and didn’t feel 100% comfortable or confident and was recommended Wellington Eye Centre instead. From the call with the receptionist, to my first consultation to the actual surgery and post-op I knew I was in great hands and felt 100% confident with the process. The team take great care in doing their due diligence to make the surgery go as smoothly as possible and everyone in the place is so kind and friendly. Excellent service and care from the entire team from first point of contact when I enquired, to my final eye check with the in-house ophtalmologist. Everyone has been so kind, re-assuring and made sure that I understood every step of the process. I love not having to wear contact lenses or glasses anymore and i actually feel my eyes are clearer and less dry. It’s been a massive lifestyle improvement. Thanks to the whole team and Dr Logan!

Staff were great made me feel comfortable and looked after me well. The eye surgery was done in 10 seconds per eye and I can now see without glasses best thing I've dine in a long time. Well worth the money spent.

Dr Logan is calm, patient and empathetic. He answers questions and validates your feelings. Shannon the optometrist is always cheerful and re-assuring. Emily handled my initial consults and appointments; she did a great job at inducting and informing me, making a daunting procedure seem doable. The lady on the front desk (I am so sorry, I have asked for your name every time I came in, and I'm so sorry that I always forget!) is always friendly and kind. The clinic is so well run, with everybody I dealt with being amazing. Setting the bar extremely high for clinical experiences! Am so happy with the outcome of SMILE surgery. From the first appointment up until the discharge I was well looked after and made to feel like I mattered. 20/20 vision has never felt so good!

Great experience here. Everything was thoroughly explained and the follow up afterwards is fantastic. Of courses the main this is that I no longer needs glasses which makes all the difference.
