My experience in this hospital is very good. All the process are very systematic and staffs are also very polite and supportive. My cashless mediclaim also approved are very smooth way. I was done my cataract surgery here on 16th April. Operation almost painless. Dr. BK Mohanty is very experience doctor. Overall experience was very good, highly recommend from my side.

Visited the hospital on 30.04.2025 for eye test. Received nice cooperation at reception counter: prompt backup support and response from the other staff members. The doctor's testing process and clarifications on queries is very much friendly and satisfactory. I am very much satisfied with the service rendered by all members of the hospital.

Pretty Terrible Service. There is no sync between online and offline teams. Booked online for a slot and confirmed regarding appointment. After travelling in scorching sun offline the person at front desk says slot booking over, wait for an hour; post that anything will happen. When informed that online booking done, was told to take it up with them. Please visit here if you are ready for mental harrasment. Rather visit other reputed eye doctors. Really pathetic!
Very good services, hassle-free treatment, very well behaved and professional staffs And well experienced doctors. My father’s Retina Surgery done nicely by Dr Soumendu Mohanty without any complications. Dr is very cooperative and explained the case properly to us.
