All the staff are good, feels homely, Mr. Priyabrata is kind hearted, welcoming every time I step into the store. All the staff are cooperative. I have been wearing glasses for the last 15 years it started with Himalaya , so it's a sort of attachment here. Runs in Family too. Keep up the good work Team

Certain people in their shaheed nagar branch r fraud, not providing bill receipt even after delivery of product n full payment. Always postponing to provide receipt. After spending rs 7000+ i still don't have Bill receipt. Very unsatisfactory experience

Very good service. Today I was visited this store and guided by cluster head Mr. Anup & sales girl Pratima . Mr. Anup is highly experienced person to give professional suggestions. This store Has a good collection of frames and Free of cost eye checkup. All staffs are well mannered . it's my pleasure to be a customer of this store.🙂
