L V Prasad Eye Institute

Very bad waiting hall for people who come with the patient. There are many family with small kids and also eldery couple who come with patient but these guys are not allowing to go with the patient. No body wants to roam in hospital like a shopping mall. We come only when someone is not well. Here have captured the external waiting hall facility like a Govt. Hospital. No water fir drinking also. They have started this new rule that whoever comes to hospital for checkup they should only come with one person. Other to sit here in this hall for 4-5 hrs which is there general checkup time.. Very bad.. None of the other big hospital in major city does this..

I got my mother’s eye check up done here. They did incorrect eye power measurement. We got glasses made with lenses costing around 8000 and now my mother can’t see clearly with the new glasses. On visiting them again to get this sorted out they did not accept their mistake and instead tried defending and saying not seeing clearly is ok and it’s negligible. This is not acceptable. I’ll avoid visiting them or suggesting them to friends and family.

Very disappointed to check my eye here after when I cross check in lenskart its totally different. Again I cross check in lv prasad lenskart check point and lv prasad point match . Don’t recommend to come lv prasad eye institute ravi takies bbsr . They are all are interns . They charge 500 it’s worthless. Its better to check LENSKART IN FREE OF COST . They are very cooperatives and well trained.

I got my eye checked up. The check up was somehow good. But during checking for glasses it was disappointing. A lady got my eye checked but I am still struggling with the incorrect measurement. I spent more than 15000 rupees for glasses for good company glasses. However the power was not properly measured.

Everything was good till the operation process even the doctors are very cooperative but when we come to the part of other staffs they are not listening anything even if I'm saying that doctor gave us the appointment at 1pm they are still telling us to wait after 3pm . What type of service is this?

I am an elderly person of 74+ years, and am visiting Lvpei, Bhubaneswar for my retina related problem since last two years. I find the institute to be extremely conducive for senior citizens. The dedication of the entire system, from the bottom to the top is noteworthy. The attitude to serve with love & care and with basic touch of humanity is impressive. I wish the Institute to maintain the high quality of service for all time to come.
