Pathetic service and disgraceful behavior from the staff. I bought a glass worth 10k, and it got damaged within a month due to poor build quality. After informing them, they falsely assured me they would repair it for free but did absolutely nothing. Instead, they demanded another 3.5k for the repair. When I questioned them, their behavior was rude, and they bluntly told me there's no warranty and it's my fault. I'll never set foot in their shop again!

This is a place where you can find all types of glasses with a reasonable price. The staffs are very friendly and cooperative. So do visit the place

Quality customer service. Very helpful staff. They have all the necessary equipment required for routine corrective/contact lenses related services. They take cash and card both. Very prompt and efficient. Can interact in Odiya , Hindi languages.
