Frame collection is good. I had a bad experience of purchasing a costly Titan fibre frame from this store which developed crack at one side within a year of usage. Then I decided to go for metallic frames rather than plastic/fibre frames. In the store, on some of frames the price tag is missing. To check price, one needs to take it out and get the price enquired from the support staff which is irritating. It would have been good if all the frames are arranged in a row/section according to it's price.
not happy with this showroom.. purchased glasses form here..they have not provided proper bill,sells man told 1 year warranty available with my glasses..but nothing mentioned in the bill..he told server not working so bill not able to generate,he ll send bill through mail,i clearly told without bill how can i buy,i already paid full amount..then i insisted to get me Bill,after that suddenly a lady in the billing counter told, server is working now & gave me Bill..till now i have not received soft copy of the bill through my registered mail.luckily i got hard copy of the bill that day itself otherwise chasing them for the bill ll be a impossible task for me..
The customer care experienced in the shop was very good. The staff were very cordial and Mr. Ali who was in attendance to me was very efficient and did the job up to my satisfaction. A nice place for eye care. I visited on 12 November 24 the showroom in connection with repair of the frame. I was overwhelmed with the care and attention provided by the staff. They did the repair job nicely. My thanks and congratulations to all of them.
