Vision Care Eye Hospital

I was booking for eye check up for my mother. But the date of availability of Doctor was postponed for 7/15 days multiple times.

I recently visited vision care and had a truly exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with a lovely ambiance. My appointment with dr Nanda was thorough and informative. They took the time to explain every step of the examination process and answered all my questions patiently. The technology used was state-of-the-art, and I felt confident in the accuracy of the diagnosis. What impressed me most was the genuine care and concern shown by the entire team. The follow-up care and instructions were clear and helpful. I highly recommend vision care to anyone seeking top-notch eye care. Doctors are not yet experienced, however, the management is a lot better

Very worst service here I had gone with my father eye checkup but i was waiting from 6 pm to 8 .30 pm but all staff told that doctor is in OT , but no reaction from any staff that any patient is serious or not .

Doctors: 4 of 5 Technicians: 4 of 5 Service & Care: 3 of 5 Cost: 4 of 5 The doctors are good. They will listen to you patiently and advise the right course of treatment. The technicians are very young, so they follow standard guidelines and consult the doctors when in doubt. The wait time is very high and there is no regard for appointment booking. You just walk-in and a file is created and handed over to a staff. Then you keep waiting until your name is called. So, on a busy day the wait time could be high as 3hrs.

Doctor is awasome but the staf of the beheviour is very bad.. They behaves like a dog ... If you want to pay by card or UPI they doesn't allowed.. truly speaking go for different hospital...

Had a great experience in this Hospital. good staff behaviour good and also well service it's a best Hospital for eye in Bhubaneshwar...
