Yoga For Eyes

This is really eye opening, any eye doctor never suggested any kind of exercise for eyes.. everybody said there is no chance of power reduction...I have witnessed 0.5 power reduction in just 15 days... another -1 reduction in 1.5 months....first time getting my lens changed twice...will continue to bring it 0.. Dr. Goswami is awesome. Thank You.

I had enrolled my 5 year son at yoga for eyes for improving his eyesight. His eyesight improved much and he is able to identify distant objects more clear. Snellen chart's visibility is still not much clear to him but definitely it can be improved by doing regular eye exercise and it takes time and need to be patience. Making your small child do regular and everyday exercise is really a challenge with correct techniques as compared to adult ones.

My near vision power was increasing from +1 to +1.75 and i was very much worried.. everyone was saying it will keep on increasing till +3 and then it will be stagnant.. then I heard of this Yoga For Eyes in 2022 Baliyatra and thought of trying it. Within 45 days of sessions it came down to +1 from +1.75. i was very happy and told to my sister as her son has -11 eye power at the age of 15 years.. then she also visited and within 2 months his eye power came down to -7.. Here u can improve your eye vision by doing eye exercise,,,, sir and also mam are very helpful and very friendly..... If your outside of Odisha then u can join online batch..... For that u have to contact with sir...... Just go for it..... 🙏🙏 i had 6/30 in my right eye and left eye is normal 6/6,,,,,for that reason I contact with sir and join the online batch..... Just after 2 months I can read 6/12 and sometime 6/9 lines..... So it's really works.... Love u sir...always with you❤🙏
