Dr. Sujata at LVPEI Berhampur was very rude and unprofessional. She seemed to lack the basic understanding of how to communicate with and treat patients with care and respect.

There's is no dr facility only one dr present I go to check my eye at 9 am but the complete process will ends 3pm

Poor and un systematic management. Waiting time is more. Only two doctors manageing the whole hospital. One in OT and another one on OPD. as one doc managing the OPD it taking too much of time. Really hectic experience I had. Also treatment is not that level. Also one doctor is there her name Prasansa, her unfriendly and rude attitude will disturb your mind and behaviour. Doctor khusboo really her outstanding behaviour and treatment attract us to get service there. I would give her 5 out of 5 rating. Dear Top management please have a look on above concerns seriously.

The behavior of all the employees is awful and their treatment is also not that good........ It was a very bad experience

Probably, the best dedicated eye hospital in Berhampur. Consulting Fees is affordable, around 150. Staff are of good behavior. Hospital is well equiped and decently maintained. Doctors and technicians are friendly and they do thorough check up. From registration to check up and prescription glasses, all process completed in 3 hours. My sister had prescribed glasses earlier and they only recommended to changes the glasses of the frame, and the glasses weren't expensive as well which is great. Overall a decent experience compared to other hospitals and clinics in Berhampur. Kudos to the team. 👍

The worst thing that I had experienced was that this institute had consumed my entire day. I came here at 9.30 and left at 3 p. m. I don't know why they take this much time for an eye checkup. So if you have much time, you can prefer this institute; otherwise, choose any other place.

Waiting time is high. There is no announcement system in patients lounge. So soft spoken staffs are there that one can't hear their announcements. They should look after on this.

Treatment of the Opthalmologists is not upto the expectations and are not so much experienced. Behaviour is not so cordial towards the patients. Just waste of time and money.
