I am a customer here from past 7+ years. Recently I have seen worst service ever. I have paid for one kind of lens and got served another. After a week when I faced an issue in lens, so I went for replacement and got to know they have put a different lens then what I asked for. (Positive fact is they replaced the lens free of cost.). Also i faced better service at other opticals for my parents compared to this place. Hope they improve service rather than telling customer that the damage has been done by you. I don't understand how can we make a grain of sand sized peel effect if we do damage intentionally.
