Feedback Regarding Poor Service at JPM Rotary Eye Hospital I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at JPM Rotary Eye Hospital. I came with my 23-day-old premature baby for an eye check-up, but the staff was unresponsive and did not provide proper assistance. I arrived at the hospital around 10:30 AM and completed the ticket process. After that, I had to wait for hours without any update. From 1:30 PM onwards, the doctors went on a lunch break and did not return until 3:30 PM. Despite waiting patiently with a newborn baby, we were not attended to until 4:20 PM. Additionally, the baby feeding room was in very poor condition and not cleaned properly, which is unacceptable in a medical facility, especially one that caters to infants. I sincerely hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the service, especially for sensitive cases involving newborns

I admitted my mother for Ratina operation one month back, she was ok as per her vision is back, but on the date of check up the associated Doctor checked her after that she was not able see anything. So they asked for the second operation. I admitted her again, schedule the operation morning 10.00am. There is no response from OT staff. Staffs are rude and not well manner. They took her to OT at 2.00pm. I complain to the admin staff around 11.30am. Till now thete is no response. Very bad service . They give priority to reference patient and their Camp Patients.

Third class hospital... They waited u 5 to 6 hr for a normal check up the dr here talk with phone and other staff are busy in gossiping while old age and many patients who came here from a very long distance facing horrific problem...

The hospital is a bit good but the behavior of staffs are totally nasty. They don't know how to deal with a patient moreover waiting to consult with a doctor is way more longer than you imagine. Dealing with patient is too bad and their concern should be about all patients not only their own people and after asking them many times their response is totally bad. They don't even listen a single word from me. My grandfather is 84 years old man. Still he is waiting for to see the doctor. I would suggest don't go there for any treatment,it would be better to go SCB rather than this hospital

My father was admitted for an eye operation, I was also there. We booked a private AC room for 2 days, but I had never seen such a dirty room in my life. Water bucket found dirty Tea cups are looking very old & dirty There is so much dirt near the water chiller that one's mind gets spoilt just by looking at it. The head of the hospital should see all these things.

This is a place situated near Reliance fresh of CDA sector 9. if you are gonna do a checkup or a surgery in your eyes I will refer this hospital because it takes all chicken price than that of Apollo or any other Hospital you can get a regular check up on daily basis..
