From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm smile by the front desk staff, which instantly put me at ease. Medical really good for Gynaecology patients, Mahapatra sir is good human being he will follow up patient condition on daily basis. Nurses are like own sister, they will take care of you selflessly. Facilities are also in good condition, even no other medical in cuttack will match upto this.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of clear information regarding emergency services at this hospital. During an emergency, I found it frustrating that there was no available doctor, which only added to the stress of the situation. The overall experience was disappointing, and I expected much better care and communication in such critical circumstances.

It's best experience...it's not basic it's advance training with hands-on.. Manoranjan sir z best trainer,guide. He is the best teacher... this 5 days session increased confidence and intrest towards laproscopy..

I recently hospitalized my wife for pregnancy and have some insights to share. Overall, the treatment was good, and the room cabin was clean and hygienic. While many nurses were professional and caring, some were uncooperative and displayed a rude attitude. However, the most alarming issue was the condition of the Operation Theater (OT). The bedsheets and mats were visibly dirty and completely unhygienic, with traces of blood from previous patients, which is unacceptable. A sterile environment is crucial for patient safety, and such negligence raises serious concerns about infection control. Additionally, once the discharge process began, the medical staff ignored requests for room and garbage cleaning, which was disappointing. While I appreciate the hospital’s efforts in providing good treatment and maintaining cleanliness in patient rooms, urgent improvements are needed in OT hygiene, staff behavior, and post-discharge cleaning services.

Thanx to Team Mohapatra Hospital and Dr Manoranjan Mahapatra sir for his nobel cause to serve the people in this health sector all the Staff member starting from Sweeper to Healthcare are very good in service and behaviour. Management is exellent to their job and MIS system nice arrangement in all respect towards service good coordination towards insurance 🙏
