Consultant charge 100/- to be paid per person. Thursday is free for consultation charges but trainees are engaged for treatment that day. I would suggest to go other days for treatment through experts. The optical shop inside the hospital is just a cheater, they charges me extra money for best quality glasses but cheated by providing low quality blue ray glasses which coating is vanished withing 1 month. Some staff's behaviour is good but not most of them are rude.

Unprofessional and half-educated doctors…. Such a horrible experience I have faced today. I came across a lady doctor named Subhasree and her co-doctor (I don't know her name), who were seated in fraction B section, who seemed to be fresher and who didn't have adequate knowledge about testing … These two half-literate doctors are arguing with me that I am lying about my age and at my age I can't have that specs power… How ridiculous is this… Firstly, that doctor tested me wrongly and put me on the wrong specs when I explained my problem. She is telling me these nonsense things...even Kolkata Opticals also feels the same, that they put me on the wrong specs power. Dear Melvin, don't hire this kind of stupid doctor; they will spoil your image and reputation.

Such a drastical way of staff service to patients.. Doctor chamber PA think that he/she are a doctors. Only best for poor people cure with very small price otherwise the behavior of nursing staff to patients and care taker very worst.

The hospital is neat and clean. It has proper system and waiting time is not too much. Visited 3 times and my experience is good.

Best eye Hospital for the public. It's neat and clean. Staffs are friendly and cooperative. Timing is from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.

If you want to get the purest form of service, please do pay a visit. I'm glad I had a checkup here. Every person in the group is well mannered and every detail is taken care of in a hassle-free manner.

Here in this hospital my mom had gone through Cataract surgery.This place is well hygiened for patients. The average cost was bit high for me as I do belog to a mediocre family but still the service they provide was of good quality.There are certain govt policies for poor peoples which this hospital allows for patients and people can take advantages of that schemes as well.

People are being harassed in this hospital, the BSKY card Person is not priority for this hospital .Only Paid or VIP Cases Are most Probably First.Very bad condition For BIju Swasty card holder and free Eye Operation patients.
