The best eye hospital in town. The facilities are excellent. The staffs are very cordial. One feels homely atmosphere in the hospital. The Doctor Dr. Anurag is par excellence. Extremely satisfying. 👍👍

I am deeply disappointed with the treatment my father received from Dr. Anurag . My father who is diabetic went to him for eye check up . He suggested my father to go for cataract surgery at the earliest. So we scheduled a cataract surgery at his Radharaman Eye Hospital and despite being a diabetic, the doctor didn’t perform retina/fundus scan before the cataract surgery. I remember my father asked him multiple times regarding the fundus scan but he just ignored. This is a critical step for diabetic patients as their retina is already compromised. As a result my father who has some vision before cataract surgery, got severe infections and less vision afterward. This was completely avoidable had the doctor taken necessary precautions. Patients with healthy retinas seem to do fine, but diabetic patients with undiagnosed retina issues are at serious risk. It’s been 2/3 years , my father is still getting treatment for his eyes and still struggling to get back better vision. We later found out my father’s cataract was not severe, rather he had diabetic retinopathy . Without treating that doctor went for cataract surgery , making his eye more prone to infection. It only made things worse. I am sure there are many more patients like my father who are suffering due to the same negligence, but they may not have realised the cause or spoken out.This kind of negligence should not be ignored. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Please avoid and save your eyes.

Extremely bad experience with the Insurance team of this hospital. Before the payment their behavior was so good. But it changed drastically after the payment is made. Even for Cashless cases they are taking the full payment in advance in cash mode and assuring that they will return the money in cash after receiving the final approval. But for my case they processed with wrong lens in the final bill. When caught that they processed the bill again with wrong date. When we asked them why they are doing this, their behavior was so rude. Finally even after they got the approval for the full amount, They didn't return the full amount to us. Even they ask us to come with the patient again so they will replace the lens with the lower quality lens and then they will return the pending amount to us. It's literally disgusting. As per my discussion with the insurance team, The amount that the hospital had the agreement with the insurance team for the lens are lesser than the amount they are selling it to the patient. So they are getting the full approval from the insurance team and they are not refunding the rest amount to the patient. The only good thing about the hospital is the doctor. He is very good and his behavior with the patients is so satisfying.

Extremely disappointing experience at this eye hospital! The staff's behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Before making the payment, they were all smiles and courtesy, but immediately after the payment, their attitude changed drastically. They became rude and dismissive. They made us wait around 6 hours even after informing them that we have come from 100km away. The only redeeming factor was the excellent doctor. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. It's a shame that the hospital's staff doesn't share the same standards.
