I bought a pair of hearing aids from this shop in 2022 for my father. 1. The cost of hearing aid was around 70k inr. Everything was ok at the shop. When we reached home my father complained he is not able to hear properly. I called the shop they told to come for service 2. After one week we went for service. Hearing aid was sent for service and mould imprint was also taken. Courier charges were paid. Two weeks later got a call to receive the machines 3. After few days Went to the shop collected the hearing aid , when my father reached home , complained that he is not able hear. Called the shop they asked to come again for service 4. They took the hearing aids for service. Few weeks passed by. 5. We called them to ask whether the machines are serviced or not. Then again went there to collect machines. The lady at the shop dropped one of the machine and it stopped working. Again they sent for service. One month passed by. 6. They did not call now. We went there to collect the machines. They could not program the machines. They asked us to come again . One month passed by. 7. Went to the shop again they told nobody is there to program the machine come again on some other day. In one year they sent the machine for service. The service time they took for all these service was more than 6 months. After spending 70k from the hearing aid my father did not use it for seven days. The person may be good but the hearing aid he sells is not of good quality and is very expensive as compared to other shops. Never recommend this shop to any one suffering from hearing loss.

The Owner of this place is really helpful and caring. He personally calls the patient even after selling their product to take the feedback. This is what makes them different from others. I have gone their to purchase hearing aids for my father. They sale aids from siemens( now known as Signia), Starkey, and the leading brands depending on the budget.

Not professionally managed. Post selling response is very very bad. I will never suggest to visit this organisation.
